When Does Production Begin? Production starts only after you approve a free visual proof we send you. Once you confirm the design, we proceed with your order.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee: If we fail to deliver your order on time, you will receive a 100% refund.
Exclusions:
Address Changes After Dispatch: If you change your shipping address after we dispatch your order, resulting in a delay, we cannot offer a refund.
Late Design Approval: If the delay is due to late approval of the visual design, we cannot offer a refund.
Partial Refunds
Order Cancellation During Production: If you cancel your order after production has started, we will issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
Defective Products: If any of the products you receive have quality issues, we will either refund the cost of the defective items or remake them free of charge.
Shipping Delays by Third Parties: If a shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) fails to deliver your order within the promised timeframe, we will provide a partial refund.
